Dear fellow airmen,
we would like to inform you about the possibilities of arriving at DOD Čáslav 2023, which will take place at our airport on May 20 of this year. This year too, there will be an exceptional possibility of landing at our airport for civil aircraft. If you are interested in flying your own plane and planning to attend this event, here is some important information:
Arrival: Arrivals will be possible from 08:00 to approximately 09:40 in the morning. At this time, staff will be available to help you after landing with directions to the designated parking space.
Departure: It is possible only after the end of the flight program according to organizational possibilities. Expected departure time from 17:00.
Arrival and departure is possible only after prior approval and on the basis of the permission of ŘLP Čáslav. Compliance with all rules and aviation regulations is a matter of course.
As the number of aircraft is limited, mainly due to the limited time for arrivals, it is necessary to send a request to the e-mail: openday.caslav@army.cz
The request must include: registration, type, place of take-off and number of people on board. Applications will be assessed by the organizing team and then you will receive a reply with further details if approved. During the assessment, we will primarily take into account the type of aircraft. The aim is to offer visitors a colorful static display of aircraft outside the main program.
Admission and fees: Admission to DOD is free for all visitors. Likewise, there will be no landing fees.
